Arnold van der Beek is a business professional with
over 25 years of experience in international Marketing and Sales.
His international experience started with a number of years in Asia and led to
European management with global responsibilities where he experienced the
diversity of business practices and the impact of cultural influences on
local2local and local2international businesses.
From heavy industry, he moved to fast moving consumer goods in the B2B and B2C
environment. The interactions with the clients were based on projects and
complex processes, involving multiple disciplines on both sides.
He enjoys providing leadership to teams, both in house and abroad, and believes
in the pro-active management and the value of shaping business relationship.

Bert Kruijff is a Dutch National, experienced
Commercial Director, General Manager and Change Manger with international sales
experience in FMCG and B-to-B.
From his early career in various marketing positions in Pharmaceuticals and
FMCG in the Netherlands and Thailand he was Country Manager for Southern Europe
in the medical and personal care markets for 13 years. Since 1995 he has
engaged in various challenging interim management assignments and managed an
independent Sales and Marketing Consultancy.
His special skills include structuring organisations for profit; transferring
knowledge; motivating, stimulating and making business professional.
Being multilingual ((Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, Portugese Thai)
he now works in German, Anglo-Saxon, Latin and Swiss business environments.
By nature he is an organiser of international commercial projects. Dynamic,
inventive, and determined. He lives near the border between Germany and the

Karl Kraaijenzang has a strong international sales
and marketing background in the metal industry with General Management
experience as Managing Director of a Swedish subsidiary in the Marine market in
Benelux.
Whilst sales & Marketing Manger Germany for Corus he had full profit
responsibility for the German, Austrian, and Swiss market as well as a number
of key accounts in the USA. Before that as Sales & Marketing Manager for a
Oxy Metal Industries he established subsidiaries in Belgium and France and had
responsibilities across Europe and part time in America. As a qualified
Engineer his early career was with Smit-Lloyd responsible for mechanical
installations for ships and oilrig supply boats.
Karl is now a commercial trainer and consultant and lives in Arnhem, Holland. |

Bert van den Berg is a highly successful
Salesman and Sales Manager/Director, and an accomplished sales coach and
trainer.
With an engineering background his career started in the technical department
of Gould Instrument Systems. His excellent customer relationships were noticed
and he moved into sales, where he consistently exceeded his targets selling a
vast range of medical equipment and devices. Bert held various managerial Sales
and Marketing positions in the Netherlands and Belgium for companies like
Gould-Statham, Spectramed, Viggo-Spectramed.
As Director of Sales for Ohmeda he was responsible for the company's
Anaesthesia, Infant Care and Medical Devices products and within Western Europe
he consistently achieved ambitious sales targets with the highest profit
contribution. One of his contributions to Ohmeda's sales growth was the
successful implementation of an innovative Key Account Management methodology
(like an early version of PLANtoWIN) as the key platform to bundle the
company's collective customer expertise.

Klaas de Boer is an experienced business Manager in
ICT and high tech business with a marketing and sales background.
He was General Manager for the industrial automation division of CSS Rocomp BV
in Eindhoven a demanding role that built upon his previous experience in
project and sales management working for Canon, Rank Xerox, MAI Computers and
Océ.
Klaas is a demanding but forgiving people manager / team player, is highly
structured, can communicate complex issues with simplicity, and has high levels
of energy and personal integrity.
He is a Dutch national who has kept his business education and training up to

Marc Doomernik is a graduate from Nijenrode Business
School's Young Management Programme in Breukelen, Netherlands. He has expertise
in Sales & Marketing and an Account and Sales Management background at KPN,
the largest Dutch telecom company. After starting his own business in 2001 he
has held various interim management positions in telecom and ICT. In addition,
Marc is a licensed Commercial Attitude and Communications trainer, in which
capacity he has successfully completed assignments in health care, printing,
finance and public services. He is a regular guest teacher at Nijenrode
Business School and well-known training institutes like ISBW and IMK in the
Netherlands. His key areas of expertise are change management, motivational
leadership and coaching. Marc's strong people-oriented approach makes him
succeed in organisations where skills and expertise are plentiful but the human
factor is a barrier to growth. |

Nico Nizet is an experienced general manager with a
very strong financial background and with considerable experience in a variety
of industries in Europe and Latin America. He held Financial Manager positions
in Insurance, Automotive, Technical Service and Construction companies in Latin
America and then Managing Director positions in Shipping, food and consulting
firms in Latin America and the Netherlands. Now as a consultant and trainer,
Nico is able to draw on his broad and deep business experience managing and
handling of business and organisational problems.
A native Dutch speaker, Nico also speaks fluent English and German and lives
with his family in Belgium. |
