Peter Jepsen is an experienced general
manager who was a board member for 15 years in the medical equipment
business.
He has extensive senior management experience in sales and marketing
and was responsible for direct operation in Denmark and divisionally
responsible through agents for Norway and the Baltic States. He has
a B.Sc – graduate diploma in Business administration, (specialising
in Strategic Planning – Organization development and Project
Planning) and has also followed extensive general sales management
training.
Peter now works as a senior adviser and an experienced PLANtoWIN Consultant.
He lives near Copenhagen and manages the Nordic countries from Denmark.

Anne Kühnell is an accomplished facilitator
and team builder with a broad management background in the IT industry.
Her career started with IBM where she gained a broad experience over
24 years in different functions and management roles including Sales,
Project Management, Training and Development, IT Development and Marketing.
Joining the Gartner Group she worked in Account Management, before
becoming Managing Director for Scandinavia and then Director IT Executive,
Europe.
She is now a certified Belbin instructor and specialises in Team assessment,
team development, coaching individuals and teams to help them achieve
their potential.

Birgitte Thorup specialises in management
coaching, practical development and implementation of customer focused
business strategies at international level. By aligning the company
vision, targets, strategies, plans and activities with staff who are
involved, committed and take responsibility, she has been able to
achieve a significant impact on the company’s results and competitive
position.
She has strong practical senior management experience from industries
ranging from finance and telecom to retail and production in some
of the worlds leading companies as well as some of Denmark’s
smallest.
